Premier Property Management and Maintenance Ltd (PPM) are your current block management provider. We’re based in Barnsley and manage sites all over Yorkshire and beyond. We currently manage over 3,500 units and aim to deliver excellent service to all our clients, be that developers, freeholders or residents.

This Resident’s Portal has been set up as an essential way for us to keep in touch with residents of higher risk buildings and ensure they can easily access important safety information. Whilst property managers normally communicate with leaseholders only, there are certain aspects all residents need to be aware of.
There’s no escaping the heightened attention to fire safety and improved regulations related to high-rise buildings and this is a small step to keeping you informed and aware. As managing agents we are often responsible for the maintenance of key plant equipment such as lifts and pumps as well as fire fighting equipment. This makes us, in many cases, a Responsible Person (RP) and sometimes an Accountable Person (AP).
