Your friendly, professional management service taking care of your block
When the new Building Safety Regulations were introduced, we knew we’d need to look at a new way to interact with residents, an engaging, interactive way we can keep leaseholders and tenants up to date with critical information. We couldn’t find the right portal on the market so set about making our own. This means we can always improve and add features and understand what works for our clients and what doesn’t.
You can see some examples below of what you will be able to access when registered and how you can interact with PPM, send feedback and receive updates.

First Look
When you first register, we will link your account to the development you lease or reside at. you’ll be directed when you log in to the development portal where you can quickly see all the main building details. The address, registration status, your Property Manager and the Principle Accountable Person (PAP). We’ve also included here the big question – does my development have flammable cladding?
Message Board
Looking familiar? Our message board looks like a forum. It’s easy to follow, has clear topics including the fire strategy, all about PEEPs, getting to know your contractors and updates on maintenance work. For now, this is for PPM to share updates with all users, however we hope to one day include discussion boards for the communities and residents. We can share events on residents behalf and will make full use of this feature.
Critical Updates
When things do go wrong (which we wish they never would) it’s important all residents are made aware. We will issue critical updates that appear on the portal homepage but also send alerts to registered users. This could be email or text message. Users can pick their preference and be sure to have the latest safety updates.
Development Documents
We really want to promote transparency when it comes to the safety of your home. All registered users will have access to documentation relating to their development. this will include things like emergency lighting tests, fire alarm services, smoke vent services, lift certifications, water pump service and hygiene tests, along with risk assessments and insurance certificates. We feel everyone living in a building should feel confident the necessary care, maintenance and tests are being carried out. You shouldn’t have to chase or ask this so we’re making it as easy as possible.
Forms… Forms… Forms…
We have a form for that! There are many reasons you may need to contact PPM or update us on the development and there are a many ways to do this. All users can submit queries and contact us, once registered there’s more to do too:
- Contact Information – Make sure we have the latest details for you, whether you’re a leaseholder or a tenant.
- Report a Fire Safety Concern – Probably the most important. A safe portal to submit any concerns or faults you notice.
- PEEPs – Although regulatory guidance is still limited, this is an easy way to share any concerns about your ability to evacuate a building.
And more to come!
We’re going to keep working on this portal and keep adding features. The ability to order access keys/fobs, see your service charge statement and make payments and see accounts are just a few things we’re working on. Log in here and see what’s on your portal.
Not in a high-rise building? Don’t worry! Although we are working on this from a safety regulation and communication route first, we are hoping to role this out very soon. You can still register and once available for your development, you will be given full access.
